Ethan Kerr, winner of District One PennDOT Art Contest

Ethan Kerr, a fifth grade student at Warren County Christian School, received a certificate and a large copy of his art work from officials with PennDot  (3-15-13)* during a chapel service.  District One includes Warren, Forest, Crawford, Venango, Mercer and Erie Counties.
